With over a decade of experience as a professional fitness coach, I specialize in helping individuals transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset—the core principles of my X3 Method. My passion for health and wellness stems from a lifetime of athletic pursuits, including surfing, running, and tennis.

However, turning 50 brought new challenges. Feeling the effects of aging and facing a health scare inspired me to make significant changes to how I eat, exercise, and care for myself. These adjustments profoundly improved my health and overall quality of life, and now I’m dedicated to helping others achieve the same.

I take a comprehensive look at your lifestyle, including nutrition, daily movement, activities, health and fitness history, job demands, injuries, limitations, schedule, and overall well-being.
